Q. Will my Virgin Credit Card continue to work?
- A. Yes, your Virgin Credit Card will continue to work as normal.

Q. When will Virgin/Westpac stop selling the Virgin Credit Card?
- A. We will stop selling the Virgin Credit Card as of 3 April 2008.

Q. Can I keep my Virgin card or have a different Virgin card instead?
- A. Your current Virgin Credit Card will continue to work as normal and you'll be able to keep using it. After April 3 however, we won't be issuing any new Virgin Credit Cards.

Q. Do I need to become a Westpac customer?
- A. No. As Westpac has always been the card issuer and credit provider of your Virgin Credit Card, we do not require any further documentation from you.

Q. Is Virgin going to launch another credit card?
- A. If Virgin does launch a new credit card in Australia, it won't be before June 2009.

Q. Are there any changes to other Virgin Money products?
- A. There are no changes to Virgin Money's other products. Virgin Money has been busy building its portfolio of financial services products - including Virgin Money Super and Virgin Money Home Loans. On top of that, they’re just about to launch new products in the financial services category.

Q. What will happen to Mates Rates?
- A. Mates Rates will continue as usual on your existing Virgin Credit Card.
Online account management.

Q. Do I still use www.virginmoney.com.au to manage my account online?
- A. Yes.

Q. Will all my previous transactions remain available online?
- A. Yes.
Fees and charges.

Q. Will my fees, charges and interest rates remain the same?
- A. We continually review our fees, charges and interest rates in line with external market conditions such as RBA interest rate rises. Westpac will not introduce an annual fee.

Q. Will Westpac introduce an annual fee?
- A. No.

Q. Will I receive a new set of terms and conditions?
- A. No. Your terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Managing your account.

Q. I just completed an application last week (or yesterday), will I still get my
card?
- A. If you applied before April 3rd 2008, your application will still go through the application process and if it's approved you will receive a Virgin Credit Card.

Q. Can I still apply for a Balance Transfer?
- A. Yes. If you are still within the first 6 months of being approved for your first Virgin Credit Card, you can apply for 0%p.a. on the balance amount transferred from your old credit or store cards. If your card has been approved and it has been with us for longer than 6 months from that date you can apply for 17.74%p.a balance transfer. To apply call us on 1800 080 000.

Q. Can I still apply for an Additional Cardholder?
- A. Yes. This form can still be downloaded from the website www.virginmoney.com.au

Q. Can I still apply for a Limit Increase?
- A. Yes. This form can still be downloaded from the website www.virginmoney.com.au

Q. Will I keep the same credit card number?
- A. Yes.

Q. What happens to my existing Direct Debits and Auto pay?
- A. All existing Direct Debits and Auto pay will function as normal as it is still the same card.

Q. Can I use a Westpac Branch?
- A. Yes, if you cannot use any of the other payment options available you may use a Westpac Branch to make payments on your Virgin Credit Card.
